Refund policy

Return window

You can return an item within 33 days of the day you receive it.

Condition of items

Returns must be:

  • unused and unmarked

  • complete (all original components)

  • packed securely for transport

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. If a return shows signs of use or handling beyond reasonable inspection, we may refuse the return or deduct for any loss in value where permitted by law.

How to start a return

Email care@manuel-dreesmann.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send:

  • a prepaid return label, and

  • return instructions

Return shipping and risk

Use the prepaid label and pack the item securely. You can drop off the package at the next UPS access point.

Damages, defects, wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@manuel-dreesmann.com so we can sort it out.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards

  • personalised / made-to-order items

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your item, then place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll tell you whether it’s approved. If approved, we’ll refund to the original payment method.
