Experience the personal attention of our Barcelona atelier through an online video consultation. During the session, we will help you explore our existing bag designs, compare leather colours, and discuss available personalisation options such as initials and strap length adjustments.
The available options depend on the selected bag.
How long is the consultation?
It usually takes around 15 to 30 minutes.
Is there a fee?
No, the consultation is entirely complimentary.
Who is it for?
For clients who cannot visit our atelier but would like to ask questions or view selected items live.
What can I personalise?
Our personalisation service is available for selected existing Atelier Madre bag designs. Depending on the bag, you may choose the leather colour, add initials, or request an adjustment to the strap length. We will explain the available options during your consultation.
Can you create a completely custom bag?
We do not create entirely new bag designs, reproduce bags from photos, or make bags from customer sketches. Personalisation is available only for our existing designs.

What happens afterwards?
If needed, we follow up on any special requests. Otherwise, the session simply helps you order with confidence.
