Why is vegetable-tanned leather better for work bags?
Vegetable-tanned leather provides structure and ages naturally. It supports weight better than softer treated leathers and develops patina rather than surface damage.

Yes. Full-grain leather retains the natural fibre structure of the hide. This makes it more durable and better suited for bags that are carried daily and loaded with weight.
Will the tote lose its shape over time?
When made from full-grain vegetable-tanned leather and properly constructed, the tote softens slightly but keeps its form. Reinforced seams and panel thickness prevent sagging.
Can a leather tote carry a laptop?
Yes. Our totes are designed to carry laptops along with daily work items. The leather and structure provide natural support and protection.
Does the leather scratch easily?
Full-grain leather shows marks from use. These marks are part of natural ageing. Over time, they blend into the surface as patina develops.
