Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Return window
You can return an item within 33 days of the day you receive it.
For customers in the EU, this includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal any time after placing the order, including before the order has been shipped. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or someone appointed by you, receives the item.
After telling us you wish to withdraw, you must send the item back within 14 days.
Condition of items
Returns must be:
- unused and unmarked
- complete, including all original components
- packed securely for transport
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. If a return shows signs of use or handling beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct any loss in value where permitted by law.
How to start a return or withdrawal
You can start a return or exercise your right of withdrawal directly through our website.
You can also email care@manuel-dreesmann.com with your order number.
You can either:
- request a return under our 33-day return policy, or
- tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
You do not need to give a reason.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you return instructions.
You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
Return shipping and risk
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Pack the item securely and use a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Please keep your proof of return until the refund has been completed.

Damages, defects, wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@manuel-dreesmann.com so we can sort it out.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or withdrawal requests for:
- gift cards
- personalised items
- made-to-order items
- limited colour products, as these are custom made for the order
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your item, then place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll tell you whether it’s approved.
If approved, we’ll refund to the original payment method.
For EU withdrawal requests, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where applicable. We do not refund extra costs for premium or express delivery if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option.
Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you wish to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.
If you withdraw before the order has shipped, we will cancel the shipment where possible and refund the eligible payment to the original payment method.
