Q: May I send you a special request for a product?
A: We're always open to custom projects. However, due to the way we work, we can't guarantee feasibility. If it looks like a fit, we'll get back to you.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
A: Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can see if we can bundle the orders and ship them out together.
Q: Will the Laptop sleeve also fit another type of laptop?
A: Laptop manufacturers often use different dimensions for the same screen size. That’s why we only list measurements for MacBooks.
If you're using a different laptop, send us a message, we’ll check the sizing for you.
Q: Why does it take 1-3 days to ship out my order?
A: We don’t need 1–3 days to ship, we need 1–3 days to make your product and then ship it. Unlike brands that produce for stock, we begin crafting your piece as soon as your order comes in.
Q: How can I care for my leather products so they can last long?
A: Please keep the leather away from water and other liquids. If it does get wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Once it starts to dry out, apply a quality leather balm to maintain its condition.
